Mandarin Language Translator (REMOTE | UP18/HR)
Contract: 3 months or longer (long-term opportunity)
Working Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 5 days per week, including weekends on a rotational schedule
Location: Remote
We are seeking a fluent Mandarin and English speaker to provide real-time verbal interpretation between Mandarin-speaking customers and English-speaking representatives across industries such as healthcare, government, finance and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide accurate, two-way Mandarin–English interpretation during live calls.
• Facilitate clear communication between customers and representatives to resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Interpret conversations covering general enquiries and industry-specific topics.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
Requirements
• Previous experience in interpretation, translation or customer service is preferred.
• Able to work night shifts, including weekends, and maintain professionalism when handling sensitive information.
