✅ Assist riders and driver-partners via walk-in, hotline and email channels
✅ Resolve customer enquiries involving trip disputes, payment issues, account verification and lost-and-found items
✅ Address safety concerns and provide timely customer support
✅ Assist with driver-partner onboarding, vehicle documentation and platform navigation
🎯 Requirements
🔹 Diploma qualification
🔹 Minimum 1–2 years of frontline customer service experience
🔹 Strong written communication and email writing skills
🔹 Able to work 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
