Working Hours
- 6 days work week
- AM Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break)
- PM Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1-hour break)
- Rest days according to roster
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Introduce menus, take food and beverage orders and respond to enquiries.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Prepare tables and service stations before operations.
- Clear, clean and reset tables after guests leave.
- Coordinate orders and customer requests with kitchen and bar teams.
- Replenish cutlery, condiments and service supplies.
- Assist during restaurant events and live-music sessions.
- Perform opening, handover and closing duties.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
- F&B, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Candidates without experience who are willing to learn may be considered.
- Good customer-service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Able to work assigned shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible, punctual and a team player.
