📍 Location: Islandwide Bank Branches (Assignments matched based on candidate residential area)
📋 Job Scope:
▪️ Assist with day-to-day bank branch operations and customer service flow 🏦
▪️ Greet walk-in customers, answer general enquiries, and guide queue management 👥
▪️ Promote and educate customers on using digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and self-service kiosks 📱
▪️ Assist non-digital-savvy customers with navigating online banking transactions 💻
▪️ Maintain a pleasant, helpful, and professional presence at the branch floor 🌟
🎯 Requirements:
▪️ Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification 📜
▪️ Customer-oriented, friendly, and comfortable approaching branch visitors 🤝
▪️ Basic digital literacy and familiarity with smartphone/banking applications 📱
▪️ Able to start work on short notice or immediately ⏱️
