- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Permanent, Temporary & Contract positions
- Source candidates and post attractive job advertisements
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business opportunities and manage client accounts
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on placements
✅ Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
- Interested in recruitment, HR and sales
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Recruitment or sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome!
