Job Responsibilities
- Unload ISO tanks, vacuum trucks and IBCs.
- Load recovered fuel oil (RFO) into flexibags, tank trucks and IBCs.
- Assist with jetty operations, vessel berthing and marine loading.
- Carry out oily water pre-treatment and wastewater treatment.
- Prepare and dose chemicals for wastewater treatment.
- Perform tank-to-tank transfer operations.
- Monitor plant equipment, tank levels and operating conditions.
- Report equipment abnormalities or operational issues to the Supervisor.
- Maintain plant cleanliness and good housekeeping.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and emergency response guidelines.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Superintendent.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in plant operations or related industries preferred.
- Able to understand, read and write basic English.
- Physically fit and willing to work in an industrial environment.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Possess a valid Singapore Forklift Operator's Licence.
- Prior working experience in a chemical plant or chemical handling environment is preferred.
