Community Care Associate (Islandwide/Office Hour)(ID: 700378)
Job Description:
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), respecting their individual preferences.
Support oral/NGT/PEG feeding, medication administration, and basic monitoring (e.g., vitals, wound care under supervision).
Contribute to planning and facilitating daily programming, activities, and community outings.
Prepare and serve meals and beverages, and engage in cleaning, disinfection, transport escort, and logistics support.
Assist with administrative duties, inventory management, and material procurement.
Promptly escalate and report any incidents, complaints, or unusual observations.
Maintain overall cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and equipment hygiene.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge for improved performance.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of GCE “O” or “N” level; Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Community Care) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A cooperative and reliable team player
Possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.
