Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems by addressing their queries and concerns.
- Provide efficient frontline services, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and processing payments.
- Promote and educate patients about health services and programs available.
- Maintain a pleasant and engaging environment for all patients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:

- Positive disposition and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on weekdays and scheduled Saturdays.
