QC Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
- Measure product dimensions and ensure all quality aspects of the job met specifications as in engineering drawings.
- Generates quality inspection reports per customer requirement.
- Ensure parts identifications are properly labelled upon received, during production and completeness for delivery.
- Maintain active calibration validity and integrity of all inspection equipment and gages.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / NTC 2 or NTC 3 in Metal Maching.
- Ability to use common measuring instruments like gauges, callipers, micrometres and profilometers.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
