We are a homegrown botanical fragrance atelier specialising in handcrafted home scents, bespoke olfactory creations, and luxury corporate gifting. We are looking for an organised, proactive individual to join our team as soon as possible. This role bridges hands-on atelier operations and corporate gifting coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day retail operation duties, welcome visitors, conduct scent recommendations, and maintain an immaculate shop display.
- Pick, pack, and prepare online and corporate orders with high care and neat presentation.
- Assist with product production, stock replenishment and regular inventory counts for our retail and stockists.
- Handle incoming enquiries and follow-ups with customers, clients and stockists.
- Assist with client records and general administrative tasks.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum commitment of 3 to 4 days per week; immediate availability preferred.
- Takes initiative, prioritises tasks and works independently with minimal supervision.
- Careful with product preparation, order packing and stock management.
- Enjoys interacting with customers and is confident in recommending products.
- Previous experience in Project Coordination, Client Servicing or Operations is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome candidates who are willing to learn, take responsibility and contribute positively to a small business.
