📢 EXAM INVIGILATOR – TEMPORARY ROLE !📝
We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist in examination operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a structured and professional environment. 🏫✨
📍 Job Scope
Examination Hall Duties 🪑
• Set up and arrange examination halls prior to sessions 📦
• Transport answer booklets and manage equipment 🧃
• Prepare halls before each examination 📝
• Clear halls after sessions 🧹
• Attend to ad-hoc situations ⚡
Office / Administrative Duties 💻
• Pack examination materials 📦
• Assist with general administrative tasks 🗂️
• Other duties as assigned 📋
📆 Duration ⏰
Pre- & Post-Examination: 11 to 19 November 2026
• Mon–Thu: 8.30AM – 5.45PM
• Fri: 8.30AM – 5.15PM
Examination Period: 20 November to 3 December 2026
• Mon–Thu: 7.15AM – 9.00PM
• Fri: 7.15AM – 6.00PM
*Will have 2x 45 minutes break for Lunch and Dinner
📍Location: WEST
📚 Requirements
• Able to commit for the full duration ⏳
• Comfortable performing the assigned duties 🪑📝
