Patient Service Associate ( Temp )
Job Description:
- Address patient enquiries and guide patients through the healthcare system and available services.
- Provide wheelchair assistance, wayfinding support and general assistance to patients when needed.
- Identify fall-risk patients and assist with infection control measures, including issuing masks and checking temperatures.
- Educate patients on using self-service kiosks and mobile applications to improve their healthcare experience.
- Assist with height, weight and blood pressure measurements, and guide eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O level
- Comfortable standing for long hours
