Our Client:
- Freight forwarding Industry
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- East - Airport Changi Cargo
- Basic UP $3200 + AWS
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operational documentation, including import and export permits, air waybills, and bills of lading
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Prepare, process, and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide timely updates on delivery status
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records for audit and tracking purposes
- Liaise with customers, vendors, and relevant authorities on operational matters
- Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, delays, or documentation issues
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office application
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level
- No experience is required, training will be provided
