Job Scope:

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Manage emails, phone calls, correspondence, and general enquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and office activities.
  • Assist with purchasing, invoices, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments.
