Key Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of company.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
• Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift.
• Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer-first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
• Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
• Legally eligible to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software & Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Able to follow company service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of classic and specialty beverages with the ability to prepare
