🔥 Job Scope:

  • Ingredient Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion raw ingredients so the kitchen is ready to go before cooking begins.
  • Plating & Packaging: Accurately portion, pack, and seal cooked meals according to standard portion sizes and quality guidelines.
  • Refreshment Preparation: Assemble and pack beverage orders and tea-break snack items for service.
  • Stock Management & FIFO: Inspect ingredients before preparation, apply accurate date labels, and strictly enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation in storage areas.
