Admin Coordinator/West Area/6 months contract/$2300
Responsibilities:
- Process daily inbound and outbound orders.
- Support warehouse operations, shipping, order administration and customer service.
- Handle receiving and delivery issues.
- Process replenishment goods and coordinate replenishment from the main warehouse to the quick-pick area.
- Respond to customer/end-user enquiries on order status.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies and SOPs.
- Ensure accuracy of system transactions and physical goods movements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- PC literate
- Can start work in short notice and commit for 6 months minimum
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
- Working location: West
- Working hrs: Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Only Singaporean
