Job Scope
- Assist the Catering Sales team in processing orders and preparing quotations.
- Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the system.
- Liaise with customers on order confirmations, amendments, and delivery details.
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide general administrative support to the Catering Sales team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Working hours - 8.30am to 6pm
- Working location - Senoko Woodlands
- Computer literacy a must
