Job Description:
Conduct site visits and work with the tender team to prepare project costing, quotations, and complete, competitive tender submissions within deadlines.
Manage projects from award to completion, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective coordination and timely resolution of project issues.
Oversee site operations, manpower, materials, equipment, fabrication, installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning works.
Monitor project costs, progress, and resource utilisation to control expenditure, minimise wastage, and maximise project profitability.
Ensure all works comply with engineering specifications, quality standards, WSH requirements, applicable regulations, and the company’s “Goal Zero” safety commitment.
Ensure all workers and subcontractors possess the necessary qualifications, certifications, training, and safety equipment before commencing work.
Review technical documents, method statements, risk assessments, drawings, and project reports to ensure compliance and timely submission.
Lead and supervise project teams, monitor performance, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement continuous improvement measures.
Ensure proper project documentation, commissioning, handover, and close-out, while maintaining good client relationships and supporting repeat business.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
