Security
Job Description:
- Facilitate crowd flow, monitor congestion points, manage queues, and ensure safe capacity limits.
- Manage access control at entry/exit points.
- Conduct regular physical patrols of the venue's perimeter and monitor CCTV feeds and alarm systems in real time.
- Manage disruptive guests and de-escalate any conflict that may arise.
- Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, power outages, or security threats. Coordinate directly with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical staff if needed.
- Document all disturbances, injuries, property damage, or policy violations accurately in detailed, written incident logs.
- Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for guests by providing directions and answering safety questions.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Private Security License issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
- At least 1 year of experience in physical security, law enforcement, or high-volume public/entertainment events.
