We are looking for friendly, proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive guest experiences.
What You Will Do:
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Assist in coordinating on-site operations, including customer service and floor support.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Monitor operational issues and report to supervisor promptly.
- Follow company operating procedures and service standards.
- Perform and carry out operational duties/task as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
- Customer service, hospitality or operations experience is an advantage.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Friendly, responsible, service-oriented, good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn and support different departments when required.
Working Arrangements:
- 6 working days per week. 1 rest day per week, based on roster.
- 9 working hours per day, including 1 hour meal/rest break.
- Rotating shifts in a 24 hours operating environment.
- Working Location: Jurong East, Singapore.
