Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and a personalised shopping experience to customers.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
- Introduce and promote the brand’s products, collections, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP clients.
- Assist with cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and daily store operations.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional after-sales service.
- Support promotional events and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and achieving sales targets.
