Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

  • Assist customers in using the self-order kiosk when needed
  • Answer basic questions about the menu
  • Ensure smooth customer flow during busy periods

Order Collection & Counter Support

  • Call out order numbers and ensure customers collect the correct food
  • Prepare simple items such as drinks or condiments if required
  • Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure orders are ready on time

Outlet Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter and dining area
  • Refill utensils, sauces, and condiments
  • Clear trays and keep the self-service area organized

Team Support

  • Assist kitchen team during peak hours if required
  • Follow outlet SOP and hygiene standards
  • Work closely with team members to maintain efficient operations

Requirements

  • Friendly attitude and willing to help customers
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Experience in F&B is a bonus but training will be provided
