Job Scope
• Assist in recruitment process e.g. arrange interview, reference check and conducting primary source verification
• Assist in the coordination and verification of documents/employment for the hiring
• Prepare onboarding of new hires
• Assist in scanning of documents
• Design job advertisement posters
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned
