About the Event
We are looking for 2 professional and well-presented Event Assistants to support an exclusive evening corporate networking and business talk session attended by CEOs, business owners and senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest registration and check-in.
- Welcome and guide guests to designated event areas.
- Provide directions and assist attendees with general enquiries.
- Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience throughout the event.
- Support the event organiser with other duties as required.
Requirements
- Professional, well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with CEOs, business owners and senior executives.
- Polite, approachable and service-oriented personality.
- Able to maintain professional etiquette throughout the event.
- Previous experience in corporate events, hospitality, guest relations or reception is advantageous.
- Formal business attire is compulsory.
