Job Description
 

  • Assist customers with choosing suitable car rental plans via walk-ins and phone enquiries.
  • Recommend add-on services such as insurance and protection plans.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Handle enquiries and resolve customer concerns promptly.




Requirements
 

  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Service-oriented with a sales mindset.




Other Information
 

  • Tampines
  • Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm)
  • $14/hr (monthly pay out) + Up tp $3k comms)
