Procurement Assistant- US MNC
The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. Itis ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
- Support daily procurement operations, including Goods Receipt (GR) processing in SAP.
- Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and follow up on compliance-related matters.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support process improvement and automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with regional and global teams on procurement-related activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, shared services, or business support.
- Experience with SAP, Goods Receipt (GR) processing, or procurement systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Experience in reporting, documentation, or process improvement is an advantage.
