  • Prepare ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, cutting) for food production
  • Portion and pack cooked food and meals according to standards
  • Assist in preparing and packing beverages and tea break items
  • Conduct pre-cooking checks and ensure proper labelling and FIFO storage
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow clean-as-you-go practices
  • Operate equipment safely and comply with food safety and hygiene SOPs
