About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Brand Marketing Executive to grow our brand portfolio across online sales, product launches, campaigns and digital marketing, working closely with internal teams and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
- Manage accurate product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory online.
- Support website merchandising and improve conversion.
- Coordinate stock, fulfilment and delivery with internal teams.
Brand Marketing
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and channels.
- Support product launches, festive and corporate gifting campaigns.
- Brief creatives and agencies; conduct basic market research.
Campaign & Content Execution
- Plan campaigns across social media, Google, email, WhatsApp and marketplaces.
- Coordinate content calendars, photoshoots and ads; write captions and copy.
- Track timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Performance Tracking
- Track traffic, sales and campaign results; prepare regular reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital or brand marketing, or consumer products.
- Experience managing websites, listings, online campaigns or social media.
- Good written English and strong attention to detail.
- Shopify, WooCommerce, Canva, Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite skills are an advantage.
- Creative, organised and proactive; able to work independently across brands.
Preferred Experience
- Food, gifting, retail or lifestyle brands, including festive campaigns.
- Basic photography, video or content creation skills.
