📋 Job Description:
- Address taxpayers’ enquiries on various tax types, including Individual Income Tax and Property Tax, via helpline, live chat and walk-ins.
- Promote and guide taxpayers on the usage of e-Services and chatbots.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on e-Filing procedures.
- Advise taxpayers on their tax filing and payment obligations.
💼 Employment Details:
- Salary: $15.95/hour
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm / 8.00am – 5.30pm
- Training: 1 week of classroom training provided
- Contract Duration: 3 months (Renewable)
- 📍 Location: Near Novena MRT
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma and above.
