Retail Associate (Full Time, Basic + Attractive Commission)
Job Summary
Join our retail team as a Retail Associate, delivering friendly, attentive service to a diverse customer base in Singapore. You will help create a welcoming store environment, support daily operations and contribute to sales goals. We value merit, teamwork and respect for all cultures.
Job Description
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, card and e-payment handling
- Replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the shop floor clean and organised
- Support stock takes, deliveries and daily opening and closing procedures
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a team, take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with Singapore employment regulations
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential, as training will be provided
