Join a luxury fashion retail team at Changi Airport! We are looking for service-oriented individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and have an interest in fashion, handbags, and travel accessories.
You will represent an established international fashion brand, deliver excellent customer service, and support daily boutique operations in a dynamic airport retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist international travellers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable handbags, leather goods, and travel accessories.
- Provide product information and share ongoing promotions.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.
- Handle cashiering, payments, and tax-free transactions according to store procedures.
- Maintain attractive product displays and boutique presentation.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and general store operations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Job Requirements
- Customer service experience is an advantage; retail experience is preferred.
- Interest in luxury fashion, handbags, and accessories.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers from different backgrounds.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to report for early shifts starting at 5:00 AM and work late shifts ending at 1:00 AM.
- Able to meet applicable Changi Airport transit-area access and security clearance requirements.
