Job Description:
- Attend to patient enquiries and provide guidance on navigating the healthcare system.
- Provide patient assistance, including wheelchair support and wayfinding services.
- Educate patients on using self-service kiosks and mobile applications, and assist with completing medical questionnaires where required.
- Perform basic health measurements, including height, weight and blood pressure, when necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
- Comfortable standing for long hours.
