Love helping people find what they need and keeping things neat and organised? Join a bookstore team where you can develop your customer service skills, learn retail operations and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.
Salary: $2,100–$2,400/month
Working Day: 5-day work week, 44 hours per week
🛍️ What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with customers: Answer product enquiries and recommend suitable books and merchandise.
- Keep the store inviting: Arrange books, replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Handle transactions: Process payments and cashiering accurately.
- Support sales activities: Assist with promotions, product launches and other in-store activities.
- Stay on top of stock: Conduct stock checks and help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep operations running smoothly: Maintain store cleanliness and support daily retail activities.

- Enjoys interacting with customers and providing helpful service.
- Communicates well and approaches customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Is organised, responsible and attentive to detail.
- Can work independently while contributing to a team.
- Is willing to learn; previous retail experience is welcome but not required.
- Is available to work weekends and public holidays according to the work roster.
