Job Summary
We are seeking a organised and dependable Shipping Coordinator to manage outbound and inbound shipments for our warehousing and logistics operations in Singapore. You will work closely with warehouse and customers.
Job Description
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills and export/import permits, in line with Singapore Customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory and warehouse management systems, resolving discrepancies or delays promptly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field; relevant experience in shipping or warehousing is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms and TradeNet is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
