Healthcare Assistant ( Flexible! )
Job Description:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and feeding.
- Support patient mobility, including transferring, repositioning and escorting patients when required.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety in patient care areas, including changing bed linens and replenishing supplies.
- Provide compassionate patient care while assisting nurses with daily tasks and adhering to infection control procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in healthcare, nursing homes or elderly care is preferred.
- Diploma in Nursing / Higher Nitec in Community Care.
