Responsible for the daily operations of the stall—including opening and closing procedures, as well as food preparation and portioning—in accordance with company standards and quality requirements.
Monitor supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with established standards, including SOPs, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.
Attend to customer inquiries and orders; handle payments while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
Oversee hygiene practices to ensure all staff adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage digital delivery platforms and associated equipment for takeaway/delivery orders.
Basic knowledge of F&B equipment maintenance.
Experience managing both dry and wet kitchen operations.
Possession of a basic food hygiene certificate is an advantage; hygiene training will be provided if necessary.
Requirements:
• Must hold a basic food safety and hygiene certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B operations.
