Key Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ beauty preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Provide product advice and demonstrations to support purchasing decisions.
- Deliver consistent service and build positive customer relationships.
- Work towards individual sales goals and support store performance.
- Maintain product knowledge, grooming and store presentation standards.
- Support daily retail operations and follow store procedures.
Requirements
- Previous Beauty Advisor or beauty retail experience is preferred.
- Passion for beauty products and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, engaging and professional, with good personal grooming.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working towards performance targets.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly avg. salary: SGD 4,600+/month (Basic + comms), subject to performance.
- Flexible benefits: SGD 2,500/year, prorated.
