Temp receptionist
• Office hours - 9am to 5.30pm
• Dates 2 Nov 2026 to 30 Jan 2027 (must complete)
• $11 per hour (1 hr break not paid)
• Attire: Formal office wear and covered shoes
Descriptions:
- Handle phone calls/email corresponds/ received and arrange courier/ delivery
- Attend to visitors
- Manage front end receptionist and admin duties
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum O level
-Proficient in IT skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
-Experienced in answering telephone calls and in front desk customer service and administration work
-Candidate with at least 1 year experience working as receptionist
