💄 Part-Time Beauty Advisor
💰 $15-$16/hour
🕐Rotating Shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm / 1:00pm – 10:00pm (including 1hr meal break) | 3-5 days per week (Include weekends)
🌟 Requirements
- Able to communicate confidently with customers in English and Mandarin
- Experience in skincare or beauty retail is preferred
- Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Positive and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable with working shifts, able to work weekends
✨ Your Role
- Engage customers and understand their preferences and needs
- Recommend suitable beauty, skincare and fragrance products
- Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Share product knowledge and create an engaging shopping experience
- Achieve personal sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer service.
- Maintain a neat and presentable counter
- Assist with basic housekeeping and product replenishment
