What you’ll do
- Keep the kitchen clean and food-safe throughout the shift
- Help with stock receiving and inventory and opening/closing duties
- Support the team during lunch and dinner peaks
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict quality control and freshness of the chicken, and strictly follow FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning and plating standards
- Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, inventory and hygiene compliance
- Communicate effectively and work closely with the team to ensure an efficient workflow and timely service, so customer orders are fulfilled promptly
What we’re looking for
- No experience needed, full training provided
- Able to work under pressure and stress in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with strong work ethics, punctual and responsible
- Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus (we can help you get it)
