  4. To perform general housekeeping and daily forklift maintenance per checklist.
  5. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
  6. Responsible for compliance to cGood Manufacturing Practice and Good Documentation Practice requirements
  7. Responsible for compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) procedure and requirement
