Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support for car financing and motor insurance activities.
- Assist with loan disbursements, early settlements, redemption requests and other financing transactions.
- Prepare motor insurance quotations and process policy applications, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
- Handle customer and dealer enquiries on car financing, motor insurance and related matters promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation in company systems.
- Follow up on pending transactions, outstanding documents, insurance renewals and other operational requests to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support the Operations Manager with daily operations and other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, willing to learn and open to improvements.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail.
