Contract Period: Immediate to June 2027, renewable
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Location: Novena
Salary: Up to $2,800 per month
- Administer surveys and conduct data validation on completed survey cases.
- Contact respondents to verify and clarify survey information.
- Review completed surveys to ensure data accuracy, completeness and reliability.
- Provide professional and efficient support to respondents on survey-related matters.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate case records and status updates.
- Support administrative and coordination activities for survey operations.
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality KPIs.
- Work independently and manage tasks within stipulated timelines.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and administrative experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Required to attend and pass training and assessment on the first week of work
