KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform jobs and tasks according to Operation Standard (SOP) and achieve set target accordingly.
- Work in dust-free environment and wear cleanroom suites or masks (specific process).
- Standby, confirm & load raw materials into machine and operate machine, while perform long standing 12 hours rotating shift work to ensure smooth production.
- Perform basic machine inspection and maintenance, product quality checking, and report any abnormality timely.
- Handle chemicals or solvent with proper personal preventive equipment (PPE).
- Carry heavy loads up to 25kg & push heavy load trolley between 300 – 400kg (specific process).
- Adhere to safety, health & environmental policy, house keeping (5S) rules and work disciplines.
- Report something strange on safety, machine or quality to leader or superior immediately.
- Other tasks assigned by leader or superior.
ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:
- No qualification requred
- Perform 12 hours rotating shift (Morning Shift/Night Shift) or 8hrs perm shift (AM/PM/Night)
- Work in a cleanroom environment (Wear cleanroom suit if required)
- Wear N95 & other surgical mask if required
- Carry heavy loads up to 25kg
