Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery based on their preferences and budget.
- Present and explain jewellery collections, designs, gemstones, gold purity, and other product features.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, handling customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up, maintain with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, special orders, and upcoming offers.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are attractive and well maintained.
- Assist in stock verification and ensure proper handling and security of jewellery.
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends, collections, promotions, and market developments.
- Support and guide team members when required.
- Knowledge of indian Jewellery, or any jewellery
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Indian Jewellery store experience would be an advantage
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium retail will be an advantage.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
- Strong convincing and selling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic numerical and product-detail understanding.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work weekends and during busy retail periods.
