Your Day-to-Day
- Greet and welcome customers promptly (in Japanese) in a warm and friendly manner
- Ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience by serving with a smile
- Attention to detail and being proactive will be crucial to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience
- Clearing of tables with service tray after customer finish their meal
- Ensure food and beverages stock are stored in relation to our standard
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional way
- Present menu and upsell both beverages and seasonal menu while taking food order
- Communicates to your superior any difficulties, customer’s comments and other relevant information
What we need from you:
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience in restaurant dining environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Neat, professional, and ready to represent our restaurant.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
