【Chinese Cuisine Chef – Air-Conditioned Food Court】
Salary & Benefits:
For the first 2 months, the total fixed monthly salary including housing allowance will be S$2,600.
From the 3rd month onwards, the salary will be adjusted to S$2,800/month, with staff meals provided.
If overtime is required, overtime pay will be calculated and paid in accordance with Singapore employment regulations and the employment contract.
Rest Days:
At least 1 rest day per week, subject to the outlet’s work roster.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes for daily service
- Mainly prepare small-bowl Chinese dishes and other Chinese cuisine items
- Handle ingredient preparation, cutting, wok cooking and plating
- Support fast food preparation during peak dining hours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas
- Assist with other related kitchen and outlet duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Relevant hands-on experience as a Chinese cuisine chef
- Previous kitchen experience in Singapore is preferred
- Familiar with wok cooking and Chinese food preparation
- Experience preparing small-bowl Chinese dishes is preferred
- Able to work efficiently during busy dining periods
- Responsible, hardworking and able to handle demanding kitchen work
- Able to cooperate with the team and follow work arrangements
- Willing to work on a stable, long-term basis
Work Location:
Near Yio Chu Kang MRT Station.
