📝 JOB SCOPE
▪️ Handle daily logistics and warehouse administration
▪️ Perform data entry, order processing and system updates
▪️ Prepare Delivery Orders (DOs), Goods Receipts and shipping documents
▪️ Update inventory records and stock movements
▪️ Coordinate deliveries with warehouse teams, drivers and vendors
▪️ Track dispatch status and prepare logistics reports
▪️ Support general administrative duties
✅ REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Logistics, warehouse admin, 3PL or supply chain experience preferred
✔️ Familiar with order processing, inventory or shipping documentation is an advantage
✔️ Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
✔️ Organised, responsible and good at coordination
✔️ Able to work independently and in a team
✔️ Full-time commitment required
