Job Responsibilities
- Handle basic customer enquiries and assist customers with iPhone DUO.
- Manage the customer waiting experience.
- Guide customers through the queue registration process.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Job Requirements
- Able to commit to 5 days per week, including weekends, according to the manager's shift schedule.
- Able to work 6 hours per day.
- Responsible, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage.
Salary & Working Hours
- Hourly Rate: S$12.80
- Working Days: 5 days per week, including weekends as scheduled.
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day.
Start Date
